Speaker's Bio:
Dr Lam graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 1985. A Paediatric and Community Medicine specialist, he is the CEO of Haven of Hope Christian Service, an NGO providing healthcare, education and social services. Under Dr Lam’s leadership, Haven of Hope Christian Service has advocated the “Healthy City” concept since 1997 in the Tseung Kwan O district in Hong Kong.

With his extensive knowledge of local public health policies and services, Dr Lam has sat on multiple statutory and advisory bodies. He is a non-official member of the Executive Council of the HKSAR Government and has been a member of the Hospital Governing Committee of the Haven of Hope Hospital since 1997. A staunch advocate of community care for the elders, he heads the Elderly Care Service Industry Training Advisory Committee, advising the Government on related policy reforms. In addition, Dr Lam serves as the Convener of the Steering Committee on Primary Healthcare Development of the Health Bureau and is a member of the Supervisory Board and Nominating Committee of the Hong Kong Housing Society.

Dr Lam was honoured by the HKSAR Government with the Justice of Peace in 2003 and Silver Bauhinia Star in 2019. In 2018, apart from receiving Honorary Fellowship from Lingnan University, he received the Ageing Asia Global Ageing Influencer Award (Special Recognitions) in recognition of his devotion to public services and his influence on policy-making for the global aging trend.

Speaker's Bio:
Lewis was admitted to the Hong Kong Bar in 2005 through the Department of Justice (DoJ)’s Legal Trainee Scheme. After qualification, he worked briefly with the Hong Kong Sub-Office of the United Nation High Commissioner for Refugees, and for around 9 years with the Civil Litigation Unit of DoJ. His practice profile with these organizations was public law-focused, but he also took up cases concerning professional misconduct, medical negligence, and personal injuries, etc in DoJ.

Lewis left DoJ and joined the private Bar in 2015. He has since developed a broad civil practice including corporate/commercial, property dispute, defamation, personal injuries, and construction, etc. He was junior counsel for the Director of Water Supplies in the inquiry concerning excess lead found in drinking water. He still maintains a public law practice through acting for different parties in judicial reviews, election matters, and the like. He regularly appears in different tribunals as chairman, legal adviser, or counsel for parties.

As an alumnus of Ricci Hall HKU, Lewis is deeply affected by the hall motto of “as much as you are able, that you should dare to do”. He served as a committee member of its Old Boys Association from 2018 to 2021. Lewis is serving as the President of the Rotary Club of Hong Kong North in 2022-2023 and taking up part-time teaching at the City University of Hong Kong.

Having received the Ten Outstanding Young Persons Award 2016, EcoStar Award 2014 and HKIA Young Architect Award 2010, Tony Ip is a community-centric, sustainable design architect and urban designer based in Hong Kong. In 2018, his passion and contributions to green architecture and the creative industry were highly recognized by receiving the Australia China Alumni Award for Arts & Creative Industry. In 2022, Tony received the Medal of Honour, HKSAR in recognition of his dedicated and valuable contributions to the promotion of environmental protection and conservation, particularly in promoting green architecture.

Tony's design and research were exhibited and presented in Venice, London, Copenhagen, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Tokyo, Taiwan, Hong Kong and mainland China. He founded Tony Ip Green Architects Ltd “TiP” with a vision of advocating the paradigm shift to green architecture and biophilic urban-scape at the tipping of climate change.

Tony is a green building design expert, Director of Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC), Director of Zero Carbon Building, HKGBC Green Building Faculty, Chairman of BEAM Society Ltd. (BSL) Materials Aspects Expert Panel, Convener of Green Building Young Leaders for HKGBC, Convener of Green Building Products Taskforce for HKGBC, and Convener of BEAM Plus for School Projects Steering Committee for BSL. He is appointed a member of the Antiquities Advisory Board, Environment and Conservation Fund Committee, Environmental Campaign Committee (ECC), Lantau Conservation Fund Advisory Committee (LCFAC) and Support Group on Long-term Decarbonization for Council for Sustainable Development of HKSAR. He also acts as Chairman of the Environmental Education and Community Actions Vetting Sub-committee for ECC, and the Vetting Sub-committee for LCFAC.

Serving the community on a voluntary basis, Tony acts as Chairman of Hong Kong Architecture Centre, Director of YMCA of Hong Kong, School Manager of YMCA of Hong Kong Christian College and Advisor of several schools for new campus development.

Henry Hau, Ph.D. is currently the Managing Director and Chief investment officer at Kingkey Asset Management. Henry has over 18 years of finance experience in Investment banking, Corporate banking, and Private banking.

In 2004, Henry started his career as a Global Management Trainee with Standard Chartered Bank, as an FX specialist, and later was assigned to be a fixed income specialist in the Global Markets divisions. Between 2007 – 2011, He worked in both sales and trading in Daiwa Capital Markets covering various institutional clients including Central banks, Asset Managers, Insurance, Hedge funds and Private banks. In 2011, he moved to DBS private bank as the Head of Fixed Income and managed a portfolio of over USD 1 billion. From 2013 onwards he held Senior positions such as Director and Executive Director for Credit Suisse and Julius Baer where he managed client portfolios for over USD 700 million.

Henry holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of New South Wales, Australia; an MBA in finance from the University of Manchester, UK, and a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Nanjing, China.

Dr. Sai-fu FUNG is currently the Chairperson of the Gymnastics Association of Hong Kong, China (GAHK) and teaching at the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences, City University in Hong Kong. He obtained his MA and Ph.D. from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. His research interests are computational social science, sports, health-related quality of life, digital society, and research methodology. Dr. Fung also holds honorary appointments in various local, regional, and international sports governing bodies, including the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong (SF&OC), Asian Gymnastics Union (AGU), and Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique (FIG). Dr. Fung is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine and holds the positions on the editorial board, such as Health and Quality of Life Outcomes, PLOS ONE, and Frontiers in Psychology.
