4.4 By 2030, substantially increase the number of youth and adults who have relevant skills, including technical and vocational skills, for employment, decent jobs, and entrepreneurship

- 𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦: Fellows with outstanding performance will be offered a full-time paid position after the completion of the program.
- 𝐕𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞: You can take part in different workshops taught by experienced professionals and industry experts. Topics include social media marketing, digital marketing tools, corporate social responsibility, entrepreneurship, and so on.
